Beachbody’s newest trainer, Chris Downing, released a brand new workout, July 12th!  Shift Shop is for anyone that wants to ramp up their fitness fast. In three short weeks you progress from basic 25 minute workouts to advanced 45 minute routines - all while honing your nutrition for optimal results.  

Are you ready to rebuild your body? Reinvent your life? AND Lose 10 lbs in ONLY 3 weeks? 

Week 1: 25-minute of cardio and strength workouts you can really do, plus a nutrition plan you can actually stick with.

Week 2: push harder with 35-minute workouts, and consume more protein to fuel the burn baby. 

Week 3: pick it up with 45-minute workouts and clean eating.

I have a private group for those that want to start this workout from beginning to end.  We will follow the schedule, eating plan, and keep each other accountable.  We will track our progress by taking before/after pictures, measurements, and submit our results to win a FREE t-shirt and possibly a CASH PRIZE!!
